Bobby spent a decade honing his skills at Tyson, where he began as a refrigeration mechanic. His dedication and drive soon led him to the role of Process Safety Management Coordinator for the Refrigeration Department. However, when Tyson made the difficult decision to close its doors, it presented Bobby with an opportunity to pursue a new dream – starting his own business.

Known for his unwavering determination and the ability to fix anything, Bobby embarked on a new chapter just 4 1/2 months ago. His goal? Attaining a Class A HVAC/R Contractors license.

After the HVAC board approved Bobby, acknowledging his 18,000+ hours of invaluable experience in refrigeration, Baldwin Empire Services was born. Learning the intricacies of the trade anew at the age of 35 wasn't easy, but for Bobby, it was a mission – to create an empire for himself and his family.
